As Oy Messukylän Lissu

Messukylän Lissu is a two-storey residential apartment building with five floors, a basement and an attic along Messukylänkatu in Tampere. On the northern side of Messukylänkatu, the building is more closed due to high traffic of Messukylä street, while the entire southern facade consists of large balcony areas. The flat roofs of the buildings and the lively coloring connects the buildings to the surrounding detached house area.

The apartment building

There are approximately 70 apartments in the building and net floor area 3500 m².

Each apartment has a spacious glazed balcony. All facades of the building have been plastered. Most balconies face south towards the sunny courtyard.
